Telecommunications Technician

TeleCom Services Co. is seeking a qualified individual for the position of lead field technician. This individual will be responsible for installation and maintenance of digital and analog key telephone systems, voice mail systems, computer network cabling systems, and other aspects of electronic telecommunications that our company is involved with. Qualifications include: experience and familiarity with numerous brands of electronic key telephone systems, specifically Panasonic, Vodavi, Toshiba, & Nortel as well as others; experience with Voice Mail implementation and troubleshooting; a solid background in PBX maintenance and management, with emphasis on Mitel products; and an excellent customer service ethic. Computer and software literacy is a definite plus. If you are a self starter, capable of working with minimal supervision and a resourceful person who knows how to satisfy your customer and get the job done, we are looking for you!
